Terms and Conditions

Reservation:

A reservation should be made telephone or by e.mail. Upon availability an application form will be sent that must be filled in, signed and sent back for confirmation.

Confirmation:

Upon receipt of the completed application form, confirmation of the reservation will be sent by e.mail.

Cancellation on behalf of Guest:

Cancellation fees will be applicable at the following rates:

More than 30 days notice: no charge

29 to 15 days notice: 50% charge of the reservation cost.

14 to 1 day notice: 100% charge of the reservation cost.

Such charges will be made through credit card transactions.

Cancellation on behalf of B&B:

Should the B&B be forced to cancel the reservation, it is our responability to give adequate notice and offer an alternative reservation at a similar accomadation.

A Better Stay B&B is not responsible for cancellations caused by natural catastrophies such as flooding, fire, war etc.

Prices:

All prices include breakfast, towels, bed linen, shared use of a bathroom, taxes, and are referred to one room per night. The B&B reserves the right to alter prices according to season.

Check-in Check-out:

Please give detailed arrival time (time, means/place of arrival). Notice of late arrival (delayed plane/train etc) should be made through e.mail/phone/sms. The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
